Strength/Barbell Club

The Strength/Barbell Club involves various training methods that increase lean muscle, balance, power, explosiveness, and endurance.

By utilizing barbells, free weights, machines, bodyweight (calisthenics), resistance bands, and functional training methods we maximize your athletes potential in their sport while helping them achieve their personal fitness goals.

Our program includes a blend of hypertrophy, plyometric, and maximal strength & endurance training.
