Strength/Barbell Club
ATTENTION: existing members of the wrestling club, complete this enrollment form with the same email and info as your existing membership. We will merge this account into your existing account within 24 hours of your enrollment.
Must be in 5th - 12th Grade.
You must be proficient in lifting fundamentals to join this group. If you are not, you will need to book private lessons with Coach Andrew (or Lee) to learn the basics prior to attending group sessions.
Once a member, an additional resource to members who need to improve on form or technique are held on Mondays at 7pm. It is a onboarding session designed to teach lifting form and technique.
